California Mid-State Fairgrounds in
Paso Robles. The San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau will be
hosting the fourth annual Western Music, Poetry
& Arts Festival. Special guest is cowboy
poet Waddie Mitchell, plus nationally acclaimed cowboy singer
Dave Stamey. A number of local western artists will be on
display, including western crafts and collectibles. Admission
includes western-style barbecue and wines from select SLO
County wineries. Admission is $40 per person. Parking at the
Mid-State Fairgrounds is free. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. in
Frontier Town. Live stage performances begin at 7:00 p.m.
in the Home Arts Building. For tickets and information, call
