you for requesting information on the 16th annual Cody Show.
The 2004 dealers have first chance at their space for the
2005 show. This application must be returned by March 1st,
2005.
The
Cowboy Trappings dealers will be in the same room with the Antique dealers,
but the terms of the material shown will remain the same. A Trappings
dealer must be the manufacturer of the product unless it is considered
a collectable item. All items must be clearly represented as new if they
are so. Antique
dealers must represent their merchandise truthfully and have
any reproduction material labeled as such.
BADGES:
Each dealer will receive (2) two badges only! The only exception will
be children of the dealer. Each additional badge will cost $50. You are
welcome to purchase additional badges for friends or clients that you
wish to allow in with you during set-up.
EARLY
ENTRY: The early buyers will be charged $50 and be allowed in at set-up
and be treated as dealers.
SET-UP:
You are required to be in the hall for set-up no later than 1 hour after
opening of the hall to dealers. Unless you obtain prior approval of the
show management, your space will revert back to the show manager for resale
at this time.

All
tables not claimed by 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 23 will
revert to show management.
No
refunds after June 1st, 2005 - All Applications must
be in by March 1st.
